Privacy notice

Measured, not tracked.

We keep this simple: no cookies, no advertising trackers, no selling of data. We collect only anonymous, aggregate figures to understand whether the site works.

Who we are

This site is operated by Antix Soft B.V. (“Antix Soft”, “we”), an engineering studio based in the EU. For any privacy question, contact us at hello@antixsoft.com. We are the data controller for the limited data described below.

Antix Soft B.V. · KvK 96456639 · VAT NL867618814B01 · Atoomweg 63, 3542 AA, Utrecht, The Netherlands.

What we collect

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-first, cookieless analytics service. It measures aggregate, anonymous signals only:

  • page views and the pages visited;
  • referrer (the site you arrived from), if any;
  • approximate, country-level location;
  • device and browser type;
  • page-load performance (Core Web Vitals).

It does not:

  • set cookies or store anything on your device;
  • fingerprint your browser or identify you personally;
  • track you across other websites;
  • build advertising profiles or sell your data.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies and uses no local storage for tracking. That is why you see no cookie banner — there is nothing to consent to.

If you contact us

The only way this site collects anything directly is if you choose to email us at hello@antixsoft.com. We then receive your address and whatever you write, use it solely to respond, and keep the correspondence no longer than needed to handle your request. You are never added to a mailing list.

Legal basis

Because our analytics is cookieless and stores nothing on your device, it falls outside the consent requirement of the ePrivacy Directive. The limited, aggregate data is processed under our legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)) in keeping the site secure and working well — a purpose that does not override your rights, since no one is personally identified.

Hosting & who processes the data

The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which also provides the cookieless analytics and the security/CDN layer, acting as our processor. To deliver and protect the site, Cloudflare processes request data — including your IP address and standard server-log details — transiently and for security purposes. This is not stored by us or used to identify you, and we share data with no other third parties.

International data transfers

Cloudflare, Inc. is headquartered in the United States, so the request data described above can be processed outside the EEA. Those transfers are safeguarded by the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework, under which Cloudflare is certified, supplemented by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses where required.

How long we keep data

Nothing we collect identifies you, and none of it lingers: Cloudflare retains detailed analytics beacon data for seven days, after which only aggregate statistics remain, available to us for six months. Transient server logs used to deliver and secure the site are kept by Cloudflare for a limited period. Email correspondence is kept only as long as needed to handle your request.

Security

All traffic to this site is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS). We run no servers and store no personal data ourselves — the little that exists is processed inside Cloudflare’s certified, access-controlled infrastructure.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, email hello@antixsoft.com. You may also file a complaint with the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, the Dutch supervisory authority: www.autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.

Changes to this privacy policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, the technology we use, or our legal obligations. Any updates are published on this page, and the “Last updated” date below always shows when the policy last changed.

If a change materially affects how we handle your data, we will let you know by email or with a clear notice on the website.
