Antix Soft is a small engineering studio in Utrecht. An ant carries many times its own weight. We do the same for the teams we join — taking on the load that slows you down, so you can deliver more to the people counting on you.

— 01 · How it started

We built other companies’ products for years. Then we built ours.

Antix Soft is built on seventeen years inside other companies’ product teams — banking, retail and telecom, mobile products used by millions of people every day. Long engagements rather than drive-by projects: the kind where you own what you shipped and are still there when it breaks.

The studio was founded in Utrecht in 2025 to do that work directly. Small on purpose and senior only, so the person who scopes your project is the person who writes it — and the answer you get is an honest one, including when it is not the one you hoped for.

It will not stay a studio of one. The plan is to bring in engineers with the same depth behind them — people we have shipped with, or would vouch for — so we can take on more without ever handing your product to someone learning on it.

Five principles we don’t negotiate.

    Senior engineers only

    No junior billed as a senior, ever. The people you meet are the people who ship.

  2. 02

    Proven technology

    We choose tools for their second year in production, not their first demo.

  3. 03

    Observable by default

    If we cannot measure it, we do not ship it. Observability is part of the work, not a phase bolted on afterwards.

  4. 04

    Leave it better

    We hand back a codebase your next hire can read — documented, tested, owned.

  5. 05

    Say the hard thing

    We will tell you when a feature is a mistake. That is what you are paying for.
